Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, when the space needs it — evenings or weekends so staff are not waiting on the network. We lock that in when we schedule.
Do you offer ongoing support contracts?
Yes. After the install we can schedule visits, remote help, and hardware replacement so the office is not waiting for something to break.
Do you handle point-of-sale networks?
Yes. We keep POS traffic off guest WiFi — usually with a separate network or VLAN — so a customer phone cannot see the register.
Can you document the setup for our records?
Yes. Every visit ends with a written summary of what changed. For offices we can leave network notes, logins, and a simple diagram.
